Terms and Conditions

  • In the event of a Pandemic Lockdown or any other serious issues which are not in the control of Jenny Molgado classes, and we need to cease operations, all credits, packages, and contracts will be frozen from the day or cessation and will again be re-started once we are back up and running. No interest or loss in any way will be incurred by any of our students.
  • To assist to any class, workshop, program, or event of Jenny Molgado is compulsory to Book online before it commences (Follow up Studio Booking online platform).
  • No refunds issued once any program has been purchased, even if there is a change of mind.  Transfers to another program or another series are available prior to the commencement of a program.
  • No refunds are available once the program has commenced.  This includes, private lessons paid up front, choreography courses, specialty courses, workshops, class programs, etc. Transfers to another program or another series are available until Week 2 if a program can’t be completed due to medical reasons only.
  • Regular pass holders (4 Weeks x 1; 4 weeks x 2) classes attending must be consecutive 4 weeks. It won’t be possible to transfer class to a Week further and outside the 4 consecutive weeks.  If one class is missed will count as a class attended.
  • Unlimited Latin pass holders: In the case of an NSW/Australian Gazetted Public Holiday, where classes may not be held on that particular night, no make-up classes are available as the Unlimited pass is a heavily discounted pass allowing users the ability to attend as many classes as they wish throughout the 4 week term.
  •  Unlimited Latin pass holders can have their passes put on hold for a maximum of 6 weeks only.
  • In case Unlimited Latin pass holders desire to stop their contract , should advise prior to starting the term (Monday Week1) to stop their Direct Debit payment. If fails to advice the staff of director before that date, would not be possible to stop or hold the up-going payment.
  • Unlimited Latin pass holder: are entitled to cancel membership at any time. Cancellation carries a $22 administrative fee. Upon reactivation of membership a $80 re-signup fee applicable.
  • Sign up fee: Sign up fee of $80 applicable for new or returning memberships. Enforcement of fee at discretion of management, or waived (as advertised) during promotional periods.
  • If a program cannot be completed for the student due to circumstances outside the control of Jenny Molgado, there will be no refunds and no extensions to passes issued after Week 2 of any given term.
  • Transfers to other terms will not be permissible after Week 2 of current term unless there’s a medical reason.
  • If there is a problem other than medical that the course cannot be completed, it is deemed as forfeited once the classes have commenced and at least two classes has been attended.
  • Any discounts will only be applied by prior consultation with authorised staff.
  • No make-up or catch up classes are available outside the current term of payment unless specified by the authorised staff.
  • Choreographies courses: No refunds will be issued for any choreography courses paid whether in advance or paid off in instalments. Choreographies courses are set well in advance with instructors spending hours cutting music, organising choreography, and ensuring all footage is sent to teams and instruction is carried out.
  • Any gift certificates purchased or won cannot be applied to speciality courses, like choreography courses, workshops, or any specialty class.
  • If a program cannot be completed, it will be deemed as forfeited. Vouchers/membership cards/class cards are NOT transferable to the next term. If there is any medical reason for not being able to complete the course, a medical certificate must be provided.  Consideration may be given depending on the circumstances of the medical condition.
  • Transfers to other programs within the current series and within the first two weeks is possible, after discussion with authorised staff.
  • Transfers to other people are not allowable. If you are unable to attend a class, you cannot ask a friend to come along and take the class in your place.  This class is considered forfeited, or another class can be taken in its place within the term of use.
  • If a program is deferred or dates need to be changed for any reason, another program will be provided which is equivalent to that original program on a date which is convenient. If a pass holder cannot attend this date the class is forfeited.
  • If a program is cancelled and an equivalent program cannot be arranged, a voucher for any remaining classes will be offered for use in any of the other programs as offered by Jenny Molgado for that term. No refunds will be issued.
  • If an instructor is ill or is away, another instructor will be provided to conduct the program/class.  If another instructor cannot be provided, notification will be made to each person taking that class or program, either by SMS, on social media or in the studio and an amount equivalent to that class will be offered toward a future program or class.
  • The term is inclusive of Public Holidays.  In case of a public holiday where classes are not taught, an equivalent class will be offered in that same term or an offer of students to ‘taste test’ any other class during that term.  No refunds are offered for that class.
  • All ‘students’ attending classes at Jenny Molgado classes are to ensure quality behaviour within the class environment.  If it is deemed by the Director that a student/s is breaching the code of conduct, then the student will be asked to leave with no refunds or vouchers available to that student.
  • Everyone attending classes at Jenny Molgado is to be aware of their surroundings.  Goods left behind or left unattended are NOT the responsibility of the director.
  • “Unlimited” programs are only limited by the number of times/days a purchaser can attend classes.
  • Reasonable consideration needs to be given when signing up for these programs.
  • All programs are conducted at Alexandria and Surry Hills with sub venues available at certain times of the year.
  • By attending our studio or any sub venue, you agree that Jenny Molgado is not responsible for loss or injury during our classes in or near our studio.  You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and medically fit to participate in our classes.
  • By attending our studio or any sub-venue and purchasing to attend a class or a program, you agree to any photos or footage being taken for use within Jenny Molgado on social media and in advertising classes/programs.  Jenny Molgado will not ‘tag’ you on its Facebook page. However, any footage taken of the class/program will be placed on its page/s where it is deemed appropriate due to advertising.
  • By attending our studio or any sub-venue and purchasing to attend a class or program you agree to your photo being taken for advertising and marketing purchases.  Jenny Molgado will not ‘tag’ you in any photos it places on social media. Or if it does, you are at liberty to remove the tag if it is deemed inappropriate or if you wish for yourself not to be placed on advertising material.
  • All students attending our classes are permitted to take footage of steps learned.  However, permission needs to be given by Jenny Molgado prior to any footage appearing on You Tube or any other media site.
  • The use of illicit drugs, recreational or drug induced behaviour will not be tolerated at Jenny Molgado.
  • In addition to the standard terms and condition as listed above, voucher holder must also adhere to the following:
  • The use of a Groupon vouchers is only applicable to BRAND NEW CUSTOMERS.Any existing customers, e.g. someone who has already sign to Studio Booking previously is not eligible to purchase and redeem such a voucher.
  • All vouchers are valid for one term (4 weeks).
  • All vouchers are valid only for classes shown on the deal, as stipulated on the providers website.
  • All vouchers are valid for beginner classes only.
  • Add-on programs can be purchased at the studio for extra classes
  • A person who has purchased a voucher through Groupon cannot buy another voucher to attend any following terms.  Full price or price as offered by Jenny Molgado will be need to be purchased to continue.

Privacy Policy

  • We pledge that any information shared to us by our students will never be sold to any outside entity or shared with a third party.
  • We may from time to time use your email address or your mobile phone number to send you reminders, changes in classes, special offers or special events coming up.
